About the Red Tigers

The Formation

The Red Tigers of Rubi-Ka was founded by Dino "Andrey" Laurence on November 25, 2001. Being a devoted Martial Artist himself, Andrey first noticed the real power and capabilities of this profession when he joined a team of pure Martial Artists to face the dangers of this planet. That was the day when Andrey decided that he would try to unite the masters of hand-to-hand combat and found the Red Tigers of Rubi-Ka. Andrey became the Sensei and modified his former Anarchy Online Travelogues website to become the representative website of the Red Tigers of Rubi-Ka.

Philosophy

Why a pure Martial Artist guild? The members of the Red Tigers of Rubi-Ka will be able to share their knowledge and share equipment. This way the power of our community will increase a lot. In fights and on adventures we are most powerful, as we can channel our forces and combine them. For example, three martial Artists can easily replace a doctor. Imagine only the power we can unfold in critical situations alone by the use of Dimach. We are flexible, fast and deadly. Used implants, armor and other equipment can be handed over to young scholars to help them becoming a master in profession.

Recruitment

There are some minor requirements if you want to join our guild:

  • To join our guild you have to be - of course - a Martial Artist.
  • You have to be at least level 30 to join.
  • You have to be be aligned to the Clan. Omni-Tek is our oppressor.
  • Every member should possess a red cloak, which can be bought in shops or found in missions. You need to wear them to non-hostile guild functions. The only exception to this rule is if you are really buffed into your armor.
  • Give us a life sign every now and then. Long-term inactivity is not a problem, if you let us know. Your Martial Artist does not have to be your main character, but we appreciate and honor any dedicated member.
  • You should show some activity in the Dojo - our message board.
  • All members should try to add every other guild member to their friends list. You will find a list of members on our guild roster page.

How to Contact or Find Us

The easiest way to contact us is to send the President or one of the Advisors a "tell" in game (on the Atlantean server). You can find a list of names on our guild roster page.

Guild houses have not been implemented yet. Therefore we have determined the Cup in West Athen as a meeting place, where we can hang out and chill when we have nothing else to do. This meeting place is easy to reach for travelers, it is close to a whompa and a grid terminal.

To all the Grid junkies: The bar is right next to the grid exit of West Athen - face the grid and look to the left. Easy to find! The Grid node to West Athen is on the middle level of the Grid. You need a Computer Literacy skill of 131 in order to use the (West) Athen exit.

To all the Whompa jumpers: The closest Whompa is in Old Athen. Head out of the west gate and carry on over the bridge till you come to the town.
